Consensa-Workshop

Already in its first year of operation, GDAB participated in the competition „Anstiften! 50 Impulse für Hamburg” (Inspire! 50 Impulses for Hamburg) of the Körber Foundation. GDAB was not selected to be amongst the winning 50 initiatives, however, was recognized for its dedication and its potential to make an impact. The Körber Foundation provided project management training for the team of the GDAB which was delivered by Hamburg-based consulting agency “Consensa” in August 2009. In a half- day workshop the GDAB team strengthened its process development and implementation skills as a basis for future initiatives.
